Payment on

Online Payment

  1. Credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX) are accepted on our online shop ( During checkout, you will be required to enter your credit card details for payment. 
  2. After payment is completed, you will be directed to an order confirmation page and will receive an order confirmation email in the inbox of the email used during checkout.
  3. We DO NOT keep any credit card details used during checkout.
  4. All payment details are handled by payment provider (Stripe) for payment processing.

Showroom (Singapore) Payment

  1. Our showroom (in Singapore) accepts payment via Visa, Master or Cash payment only.
  2. After payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  3. Payment details are made through FirstData credit card terminal.
  4. We DO NOT keep any credit card details used during payment.

Adertek Baby & Kids Delivery - Peninsular Malaysia

For all orders, we provide standard door-to-door delivery.

Standard Delivery (3-4 working days)

  1. Your order will be delivered by 3rd party logistics partner (3PL).
    • Delivery by 3PL: Your order will be submitted to 3PL for collection within 2 working days. A tracking number will be sent to your email once order has been collected. Delivery schedule and shipment tracking will be managed by 3PL.
  2. Standard Delivery by 3PL via GDEX or equivalent. 3PL deliveries will have a delivery tracker unless notified before order is placed.

FREE Delivery for orders above RM200

  1. Similar to Standard Delivery (above)
  2. Free Delivery for orders above RM200 apply to all orders with delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
  3. One time (1x) Free Delivery is applicable per order per location.
  4. Additional delivery charges applicable for multiple deliveries per order.
  5. Additional delivery charges to be advised by Adertek Baby & Kids (if requested by customer).

East Malaysia Delivery

Due to bulky nature of IFAM products, we are unable to offer competitive quote to East Malaysia as most times, the delivery cost is way higher than the products itself.

We are working on getting the best delivery rate for customers in East Malaysia. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Returns, Warranties & Refund


  1. Goods sold are not exchangeable and returns will be considered on a case by case basis.
  2. All returns (if any) will be in the form of gift cards for use on Adertek online shop (


  1. There are no warranties unless specified on product page.
  2. For manufacturer defects, customers must notify Adertek Baby & Kids within 2 working days upon receipt of delivery. Product must be repacked into its original packaging upon return.
  3. Adertek Baby & Kids will review product and a decision will be made within 2 weeks.
  4. Adertek Baby & Kids will not entertain any products that are reported manufacturer defects but does not have it's original packaging.


  1. No cash refund after orders are received.
  2. If you change your mind about the order and would like to cancel the order:
    • before shipment – Adertek Baby & Kids will issue a gift card equivalent to your order value. Orders will not be shipped out.
    • Shipment arranged / on delivery – Adertek Baby & Kids will not accept refund request once order is shipped out.
  3. Pre-Orders are non-refundable after 2 working days from date of purchase as item would be confirmed and produced by factory.
  4. Adertek Baby & Kids will not entertain any returns that does not have it's original packaging.
